Promotion is a key element in business.Goes hand in hand with marketing and advertising.Traditional promotion avenues are shirts, hats, pens, lanyards, business cards - so called specialty items.In effect, promotion is a way for a busines to let everyone know said business exists.
Promotion has changed.
Email blasts. "Phishing". Twitter tweets. RSS Feeds. Facebook posts & re-posts. MySpace. YouTube.All forms of promotion. I use these tools.Technology is always a major element in promotions, advertising and marketing.This blog is not only a way to get thoughts off for me, but a way to show you my "wares"( a word my mom would use).
A spot for you to go to my store (Benjamin's Basement), click on my affiliate links (Amazon.com, Yotta Cash), get free music downloads, watch my web channels(Channel BBP, with  Inxchan'l coming soon), look at my YouTube videos(www.youtube.com/inkymann) and visit me on my Web 2.0 sites(MySpace, Facebook and Twitter).Is this a lot to swallow?Sure.This..is..promotion.You may not look at everything at once.it's uip to me to keep updated material  and point you in those directions.I've set up a system where I can now create and publish my creativity.
Ive been so entangled in the administrative aspects of my businesses, that my products are laggin'.For that I apologize.Soon come(as my Yardie friends say).Folks have been on me to bring what they call the "Inky Mann" shirts back - I will(By the way, they're called Inkyatix, pronounced Inky-addicts).
It took me a while to get back to the idea becuse I've always thought a logo for myself on a shirt for others is a lil' conceited/self serving/self centered.even tough I designed the shirt in 1990, now, in 2010(20 damn years later!!), it still has a small demand.One I intend to fill.Be patient with me , folks.
What I do ask of you is that you give me some suggestions.
