Brick 122711: Routine

What the deal? Being consistent with this blog is kinda hard.

Or maybe that's what I make it.

I figure I'll start blogging first thing in the morning.Get my thoughts out, work out(optional), then get my day on.That's the problem, though.The actual day I look forward to is another animal.

My job isn't hard, it's actually fun to do, it's all the other shit around it.

It's the waking up, the commute, "the bullshit, the drama"(taken from Who We Be, DMX),multiple snooze button mashings, grooming, picking out dirty clothes to wear again, you know...the usual shit.

I've done this to myself to build a solid routine.I need to work, but I want to work for myself.That takes building a routine.This is the beginning stages.I also owe some loyal fans some Inqronicles episodes, too.

I'm getting there, babies.

Procrastination is a helluva drug.

Hello, my people!
First, it's been a lil' bit since I've been online.I was going through withdrawals and the whole nine! I miss being able to do this daily from the comforts of my home! Anyway, I celebrated 37 years of life this past Monday. Felt like a regular Monday to me.Had my wife going bananas because I don't make big deals about my birthdays.She likes to celebrate and give gifts, but, I'm not into my birthdays like I was when I was a kid.Not that it's childish to celebrate, hell naw!I just had more pressing issues(pressing to me, that is) to mull over.BUT I STILL HAD A GREAT BIRTHDAY....got to do whatever I wanted.That works for me.Got my favorite dinner(meatloaf, with tomato sauce)and an ice cream cake out the deal, too..Thanks to my FB family for all the birthday wishes( and I had a LOT!!...love that, y'all)..makes a brother feel special.I love being loved!
