Brick 04302012: Swagg!t Dream Gang

Inky Mann and Swagg!t Dream Gang
I have a friend named Aaron. Aaron and I used to rap and make hip hop beats together. Every day we used to do this with the hopes of gaining notoriety and fame. I had formed a collective of Rappers, Producers, and just all around hip hop heads called UndaDog Family ( UdF). This was the years of 1993 to 1996. This organization exists, loosely, to this day. All of the charter members are in their 30’s and up. Aaron was in this collective, as a “charter member”.
East meets East in the West
Fast forward to 2012. Aaron has a “wifey” that has sons doing their thing. That group is Swagg!t  Dream Gang( no typo). Within this past month, I’ve been playing their music in the background of my videos. I’ve been spreading their message ("Dream Living, Groovy kick it!") on my Facebook Wall (one person “complained” that they now listen to their music, at least the song I had up at the time, in their car). I even drove over 2 hours to see them perform for about 15-20 minutes at a show in West Hollywood, recently.Big shout to High Clothing out of LA. Good show.
These brothers (literally and ebonically) got something. They know how to use the tools of the Internet to get their message across. I wish these tools existed when we were doing our thing! I’d be “RZA rich” ( I made that up)! At the time of writing I’m getting photos together for this post.
I’m going to continue to support these guys. Stay tuned for the interview..
